Refunds and Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.

Non-Refundable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be processed within the 30-day period.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
